Development of a butcher's, delicatessen/caterer's and restaurant in existing commercial premises on a business park south of Montélimar, Drôme, France.
Having already designed a butcher's shop, delicatessen and restaurant in Aubenas, Ardèche for Maison BORRELY, THÉIA INGÉNIERIE was once again approached by the client to set up the same concept in Montélimar.
