Construction of the ‘New Building’, becoming a contemporary Art center, in the Parc des Ateliers, Arles, France.
THÉIA INGÉNIERIE was called in by TERRELL (Paris, London), the company in charge of structural and fluid engineering, to provide assistance with the structural works contract for Vinci France at the end of its contract. Our assignment was extended to include Structure/casing Management of the Work Execution and Structure/Cuvelage and SPC of operations prior to acceptance of the technical packages work.

Constraints:

• High-rise buildings.
• Project management teams from various countries: United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, etc.
• Instant adaptation to changes requested by the client.

Our missions:

• Assistance with work acceptance operations of structural work of Vinci France, following their structural work.
• Structure/ tanking Management of the Work Execution of the structural work carried out by other companies.
• Structure/ tanking Management of the Work Execution of the structures casing and fireproofing.
• SPC of operations prior to acceptance of the technical packages work.
