Medical center and housings

Construction of a building combining a medical center and residential accommodation in Châteauneuf du Rhône, Drôme, France.

The project owner, who had a plot of land located between a housing estate and a supermarket, wanted to know about the architectural and economic feasibility of erecting a building combining a health centre and housings.

As part of its project owner support, THÉIA INGÉNIERIE has drawn up three proposals including plan views, perspectives and façades, each accompanied by a description of the works and an estimate, so that the project owner can make a decision and then consult with the project management teams.
