Hilton Garden Inn Marseille Provence Airport

Competition for the the hotel concession renewal at Marseille Provence International Airport won by the team: DALOFI (client), accompanied by 10.08 SCÉNARIO D'ARCHITECTE architects and Agence MOHA, as well as THÉIA INGÉNIERIE.
The PULLMAN hotel, with 180 rooms and general services, was renovated in 13 months and rebranded under the HILTON banner.

Constraints:

• Working on an occupied site.
• Schedules constrained by the presence of airline crews who were flying at night and sleeping during the day.
• "Hilton" standards are sometimes more restrictive than French or even European standards.
