Construction of a timber-frame house in Les Baux de Provence in the Bouches du Rhône department, France.

Constraints:
  • Demolition of the existing house
  • Creation of a low concrete floor on the ground floor over a crawl space
  • Glued-laminated timber panels are installed in 48 hours in facade walls, partitions and floors, and in pitched roofs to create roofs.
  • Waterproofing for inaccessible terraces (wooden decking)
  • Creation of an EWI (External Wall Insulation) with hydraulic coating
