Energy renovation through the creation of ITE (External Thermal Insulation) and the replacement of façade joinery.

Constraints:

• The police station, like all military sites, needs to take into account exposure to damage and access for work carried out on occupied sites, both in terms of offices and accommodation.
• Close to a school.
